在 source 那边，执行：
flush logs;
show master status;File在 target 端，执行：
stop slave ;
CHANGE MASTER TO MASTER_LOG_FILE='testdbbinlog.000008',MASTER_LOG_POS=107;
start slave ;
show slave status \G一切正常。
